Amnis was formed in 2005 and has an impressive client base that covers the UK and Ireland. Our clients come from healthcare, manufacturing, retail, logistics, transport as well as local, regional and national public sector bodies. Our front-line teams specialise in Lean/Service Improvement, Change Management & Organisational Strategy.

Our approach is to provide no-nonsense, practical support to help organisations improve performance, reduce costs and transform the way they deliver services.

Our board consists of a Chair, five directors and two non-executive directors and our front line team includes over 30 specialists. In addition, we have the ability to draw on more than 90 additional specialists for healthcare and local government projects from our partner organisations DNV and Amtec, with DNV specifically providing us with patient safety and risk management expertise. Where we are required to provide interim support to clients as part of an assignment we will normally source these directly from Amtec.
