Our board consist of four directors and two non-executive directors. The directors form the management team and each has responsibility for a number of areas. 

In addition, our Services for Health and Services for Manufacturing are both led by a Head of Service who reports to the Director of Operations. The Head of Service for Change Management Services (including Coaching, People Policy and Psychometric Profiling) reports to the Chairman.
