Starting from a practical introduction to Lean, this workshop focuses on the critical skills required to deliver successful improvement by providing delegates with the awareness of how to prepare for, implement and sustain Lean Improvement Programmes. This workshop goes into detail on the key tools of Lean, coupled with the supporting structures that enable organisations to realise the full benefits of improvement and is based on no-nonsense practical experience gained in the introduction of Lean a number of organisations.
