Jim Byers is a Business Consulting professional and was formerly a Vice President in Capgemini’s Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution consultancy group and prior to that was with Ernst & Young. With over twenty years consulting experience, Jim has been involved in the programme management and implementation of many organisation-wide transformations and the integration of performance improvement including working across a wide range of healthcare organisations.
 
Jim provides high level process and pathway redesign expertise with a calm and people centred approach to improvement.
