The partnership between Amnis and the Institute of Operations Management (IOM) is entering its fifth year with the first of six one-day masterclasses that are scheduled to occur throughout 2010. Over the last five years the partnership between Amnis and the IOM has produced over 50 joint events, involving several thousand participants.

The healthcare quality, innovation and productivity organisation, Amnis, has agreed a further programme of one-day workshop masterclasses with the Institute of Healthcare Management (IHM).

Organisations with a ‘toxic’ culture will struggle to achieve the performance and quality improvement objectives that they need to make in the challenging times that lie ahead, according to Amnis, the quality, innovation and productivity organisation.

Real transformation needs more than one skill set
