The healthcare quality, innovation and productivity organisation, Amnis, has agreed a further programme of one-day workshop masterclasses with the Institute of Healthcare Management (IHM).

Specialist healthcare quality, innovation and productivity improvement enabler, Amnis, is offering visitors to its stand at the Association for Perioperative Practice (AfPP) Congress, in Harrogate in October, the chance to try their skills at flying and landing an aircraft, via a state-of-the-art flight simulator.

Healthcare organisations – including hospitals – are giving up too soon on ‘Lean’ based improvement initiatives, according to specialist healthcare quality, innovation and productivity improvement enabler, Amnis.

Amnis, in partnership with Process Master (www.processmaster.com) are running an open workshop on the 21st July at the Institute of Mechanical Engineers to provide Lean Professionals from a wide range of sectors with an understanding of how they can effectively map their processes and then communicate them, edit them and update them, as well as attach documents, pictures and other important information.
