IOM and Amnis offer Lean Skills Training Programme

The Institute of Operations Management (IOM), in conjunction with Amnis Limited, are offering an Accelerated Lean Skills Programme (ALSP) for managers.

The Accelerated Lean Skills Programme (ALSP) is a practical, interactive and fast moving programme designed to give managers the essential underpinning knowledge required to plan and run successful Lean programmes.

The course provides the essential underpinning knowledge to enable you to plan and implement your first Lean Events.

Less than 1 month to go to the Accelerated Lean Skills Programme

With less than 1 month to go before the next open 'Accelerated Lean Skills Programme'! Combining expert training with hands-on exercises in an exciting and lively environment, the ALSP delivers real knowledge and real improvement in your organisation.
 
Participants are invited from the NHS, Private Healthcare and other public organisations and the programme covers 3 days of training and a short project afterwards. The dates of the next programme are 24th-26th Feb 2009 and the programme will be held in Oxford.

 
 

Accelerate Your Lean Skills in Hammersmith & Fulham

Following a programme of development undertaken in collaboration with Hammersmith & Fulham PCT during 2008 Amnis and the PCT have agreed to run three 'open' Accelerated Lean Skills Programmes during 2009.
 
The Accelerated Lean Skills Programme is approved by the Institute of Healthcare Management for CPD recognition and successful completion requires participants to undertake and write up a short project.

Amnis at the Improvement Foundation

Amnis's Mark Eaton will be presenting at the Advanced Commissioning Course run by the Improvement Foundation to over 170 delegates on the 21st January on the benefits and pitfalls of Lean in Primary Care and across the health economy.
 
With experience of working with over 20 PCTs, Amnis are able to bring to life both the highs and the lows of Lean in relation to a wide range of topics relevant to commissioners, including World Class Commissioning, APOs and building in quality and patient experience into the commissioning cycle.
