Leanpad for Healthcare Workshop

Amnis, in partnership with Process Master (www.processmaster.com) are running an open workshop on the 21st July at the Institute of Mechanical Engineers to provide Lean Professionals from a wide range of sectors with an understanding of how they can effectively map their processes and then communicate them, edit them and update them, as well as attach documents, pictures and other important information.
 

 
 

Amnis at the IHM Managing for Quality Improvement Conference 14th & 15th May 2009

Amnis will be leading a session on 'Lean Thinking for Managers' on the 15th May as part of the Institute of Healthcare Management's 'Managing for Quality Improvement' Conference.

2008 Sees 2500+ Trained

During 2008 Amnis trained over 2,500 people in a wide range of skills from Lean to Cultural Change and from Value Stream Mapping to People Based Project Management.
 
Of the total of 2,500 people, over 1,000 were trained on our flagship 'Improvement Practitioners Programme' and 'Accelerated Lean Skills Programme' which included those who attended the Open Programmes we ran with Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust and Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust, as well as our highly popular open programmes we ran in Oxford and Manchester last year.
