Working strategically with commissioners our teams have provided support to help them to develop new commissioning strategies, work with whole provider networks to identify cost reductions and help commissioners to source from new providers. From helping develop new services to lecturing on the Advanced Commissioning Course our engagements have seen us helping clients to improve their WCC (World Class Commissioning) performance. Specifically, our projects within Commissioning have included the following;

• Outsourcing Sexual Health and OOH (Out of Hours) care to single providers
• Identifying efficiencies within existing services for Mental Health and Acute Care
• Assisting with the development of new contracting frameworks
• Identifying new performance measurement frameworks
• Establishing contract and project management frameworks
