Amnis in partnership with the Institute of Healthcare Management are pleased to announce the fourth in our workshop.

Sustaining Lean
Date: 20th Jan 2010
Venue: Birmingham

Up to 80% of service improvement programmes will fail to achieve results that stick – however, many of the problems that lead to failure could have been predicted and dealt with prior to the start of the improvement process.

This masterclass focuses on the critical skills required to deliver successful improvement by providing delegates with the awareness of how to prepare for, implement and sustain Lean Improvement Programmes including the management systems and structures that need to be put in place.

Due to the nature of this workshop it is not suitable for Lean beginners.

Topics covered:
§  Making Lean Work
§  Engaging Individuals & Teams
§  Building a Lean Culture

Why should you attend?
§  Gain a deep understanding of what makes Lean work
§  Review the cultural and operational issues which drive improvement
§  Explore how to create an integrated and sustainable Lean improvement programme and review the most common mistakes made during Lean Programmes
