10 New testimonials received in last three weeks (well, actually it was a lot more than 10, but we could not think of anything to put under this category)..... Some of the new ones include:

Related to our 'Lean for Practitioners’ Book

"This is a must have for anyone starting out on the Lean journey and I wish I'd had it when I started out on my improvement journey! It is a simple guide written in clear language that anyone can understand, it just makes sense and helps to keep you and your Lean programme on track. We will be giving it to all of our new stakeholders to ensure we speak the same language and they have a book in their back pocket to refer to whilst they are gaining enlightenment.”

Kerry Basnett - Head of Service Improvement (Acute Trust)  Related to our 'Improvement Practitioners Programme'

“An excellent course on Lean with supporting tools and techniques, excellently paced over the five modules. For me the course offered far more than just Lean training, I particularly enjoyed the coaching and mentoring and also learnt much more than I expected through the whole programme.”

Linda Tait, Project Manager (SHA)

Related to a Rapid Improvement Event

“The event has highlighted a huge and fundamental issue with capacity. By introducing some relatively easy and achievable objectives and solutions we have solved a myriad of problems.”

Yvonne Strange - Modern Matron (Acute Trust)
