Start 2009 with a bang at our next Accelerated Lean Skills Programme (ALSP) which is due to run in February.
The 3 day intensive programme is practical and hands-on and provide participants with the skills to enable them to plan and implement their first Lean Events - whether that is a Rapid Improvement Event or a Value Stream Mapping Event.
Having run a number of projects applying service transformation tools (such as Lean and Strategic Planning) to Commissioning Processes and also working with Commissioners to improve the overall outcomes delivered by their provider networks, Amnis have been asked to support the Improvement Foundation's Advanced Commissioning programme by providing real-life expertise and experience in how Lean is being used to improve the processes used in commissioning and how they can work with their provider network.
