The collaboration between Amnis, the specialist healthcare quality, innovation and productivity improvement enabler, and Terema, the human factors organisation, was a resounding success at the Association for Perioperative Practice (AfPP) congress, in Harrogate, in October.

Amnis, the quality, innovation and productivity enabler, has announced a collaborative training programme with The Institute of Operations Management (IOM), an executive arm of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and the professional organisation for operational management professionals.

Healthcare organisations – including hospitals – are giving up too soon on ‘Lean’ based improvement initiatives, according to specialist healthcare quality, innovation and productivity improvement enabler, Amnis.

Amnis, in partnership with Process Master (www.processmaster.com) are running an open workshop on the 21st July at the Institute of Mechanical Engineers to provide Lean Professionals from a wide range of sectors with an understanding of how they can effectively map their processes and then communicate them, edit them and update them, as well as attach documents, pictures and other important information.

Our partners at DNV (www.dnv.com) and the IET (www.theiet.org) are collaborating to deliver an event on 'Managing safety in the process industry'.
