With less than 1 month to go before the next open 'Accelerated Lean Skills Programme'! Combining expert training with hands-on exercises in an exciting and lively environment, the ALSP delivers real knowledge and real improvement in your organisation.

Participants are invited from the NHS, Private Healthcare and other public organisations and the programme covers 3 days of training and a short project afterwards. The dates of the next programme are 24th-26th Feb 2009 and the programme will be held in Oxford.

Following a programme of development undertaken in collaboration with Hammersmith & Fulham PCT during 2008 Amnis and the PCT have agreed to run three 'open' Accelerated Lean Skills Programmes during 2009.

The Accelerated Lean Skills Programme is approved by the Institute of Healthcare Management for CPD recognition and successful completion requires participants to undertake and write up a short project.

During 2008 Amnis trained over 2,500 people in a wide range of skills from Lean to Cultural Change and from Value Stream Mapping to People Based Project Management.

Of the total of 2,500 people, over 1,000 were trained on our flagship 'Improvement Practitioners Programme' and 'Accelerated Lean Skills Programme' which included those who attended the Open Programmes we ran with Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust and Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust, as well as our highly popular open programmes we ran in Oxford and Manchester last year.
