Amnis were introduced to Circadian by our partners at DNV during 2008 because of the close association between the effective management of people and the effective management of process that are Amnis's trademark.

We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Circadian (http://www.circadian.com/) who specialise in organisational work patterns to both improve productivity and safety.

Amnis are delighted to announce their new partnership with Terema (www.terema.co.uk) who specialise in human factors training across both healthcare and aviation.

Working closely with clinical teams, and in particular theatre teams, Terema have a strong track record in helping teams to overcome barriers and improve performance.

Amnis's Mark Eaton will be presenting at the Advanced Commissioning Course run by the Improvement Foundation to over 170 delegates on the 21st January on the benefits and pitfalls of Lean in Primary Care and across the health economy.

With experience of working with over 20 PCTs, Amnis are able to bring to life both the highs and the lows of Lean in relation to a wide range of topics relevant to commissioners, including World Class Commissioning, APOs and building in quality and patient experience into the commissioning cycle.

During 2008 Amnis trained over 2,500 people in a wide range of skills from Lean to Cultural Change and from Value Stream Mapping to People Based Project Management.

Of the total of 2,500 people, over 1,000 were trained on our flagship 'Improvement Practitioners Programme' and 'Accelerated Lean Skills Programme' which included those who attended the Open Programmes we ran with Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust and Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust, as well as our highly popular open programmes we ran in Oxford and Manchester last year.
