Amnis, the productivity improvement organisation, and the Institute of Healthcare Management (IHM), the professional organisation for managers throughout Health and Social care, have announced their joint masterclass programme for 2011.

Amnis, the specialist quality, innovation and productivity improvement organisation and the Institute of Operations Management (IOM), the principal UK society for operations management professionals have announced their programme of joint activities for 2011.

Leonie Edwards, Manager of the IOM, which is a specialist membership body within the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, said, “This is now the sixth year that Amnis and the IOM have collaborated to provide high quality workshops and more in-depth training programmes.”
