We are delighted to announce an additional workshop that we will be running on the 24th July. The workshop on Developing a Culture of Continuous Improvement will focus on how cultures form, develop and can ultimately be shifted to enable them to support Continuous Improvement, Lean or Six Sigma.
Amnis have been working with Macmillan Cancer Support and teams from across all five Health & Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland for almost a year. Our work has been in support of the Transforming Cancer Care Follow Up strategy and has seen us developing a range of facilitators and supporting the redesign of critical cancer services. This article has been produced by Macmillan to showcase the flagship programme we have run with them and to highlight a few of the benefits that have already been delivered.
